Veronica Villeda is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW124453). She is passionate about helping adolescents, children, and families navigate the challenges they face. Veronica is bilingual in both English and Spanish. She understands that seeking therapy can be overwhelming and is here to support you. Whether it’s age transitions, cultural changes, societal/family pressures, family dynamics, or relationship challenges, she is here to help.
She likes to take a strength-based and person-centered approach when working with individuals. She believes in genuinely empowering individuals and guiding them toward an empowered version of themselves. Her favorite theories that help drive her work include Systems Theory, Social Learning Theory, Attachment Theory, and Empowerment Theory.
Life is full of immense challenges, and it can be hard to hold the space for the feelings and emotions that come with them.
