Julie Rittenmyer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#112403). With over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the mental health field. Julie has a passion for working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-worth, or communication issues. Julie is experienced in DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, family therapy and art therapy to help support exploration of difficult issues and life transitions.
Julie has a strong passion for art and has been using both talk therapy and art as a tool to promote individual expression to help work through trauma or difficult life changes. Julie is also experienced but not limited to working with family challenges, parenting skills, school problems, social skills, and high-risk behaviors. Julie is here to listen to you with compassion and understanding to help build on you come up with complex solutions to complex problems to help guide you through life changes.
