Michelle Zuniga
Michelle Zuniga is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT#122191) who has over seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in the mental health field. Michelle is passionate about working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, stress, self-esteem, adjustment to life changes, and healing from trauma. Michelle is also experienced in working with parents and families to improve healthy communication, parenting skills, and healthy relationship dynamics.
Michelle focuses on empowering others through a strength-based approach and implementing adaptive skills into daily life. She also utilizes an integrative approach that is inclusive of cultural, spiritual or religious beliefs, gender, sexuality and other concerns that are important to each person’s unique situation.
While working with Michelle, you will be provided a safe space, free from judgement, so you can comfortably share and seek support.
